Description:

Toupee is based on Theano. It allows for the quick iteration of models based on Deep Learning and Ensembles, and currently supports:

• saving results in mongoDB
• using YaML to describe the models
• pickled or numpy .npz dataset format
• DNN pretraining with autoencoders
• various architectures (Convolutional, Flat etc)
• Ensemble methods: Bagging, Adaboost, Stacking
