Description:

GradMC is a retrospective (data-only driven) algorithm for correction of motion artifacts in MR images. It is based on the analytical motion degradation model and image quality metric used to construct an objective function. The optimization is carried out using BFGS nonlinear optimizer.

The software is accompanied by a few datasets (simulated and real) to test an automatic correction capability. Being output are corrupted/restored images, and recovered motion trajectories.
