Test submission. Is MLOSS working?

So I submitted this project after repeated attempts to submit an actual project, Toeblitz, have failed. It looks like MLOSS is refusing to accept uploaded files from my computer, giving the error message "Only compressed or uncompressed zip or tar archives allowed, got "application/octet-stream." Is this a known issue?

Note that in the above comment, I was using valid .zip and .tar files, but still received the message.
