The package C-MixSim is an open source C-package for simulation of finite mixture models with Gaussian components. With a vast number of clustering algorithms, evaluating performance is important. C-MixSim provides easy and convenient way of simulating Gaussian mixture models with different levels of clustering complexity reflected through the levels of average and maximum pairwise overlap. Overlap is defined as a sum of two misclassification probabilities. C-MixSim is released under the GNU GPL license. Please see README file for more details.
