Generating spike-trains with specified correlations

These Matlab functions can be used to generate correlated spike-trains, i.e. multivariate correlated binary variables, and correlated spike counts, i.e. multivariante Poisson variables. In addition, we also include functions to sample from multivariate distributions with arbitrary marginal distributions and specified correlations.
